Exams chief rethinks testing system

Ken Boston, CEO of England's Qualifications and Exams Authority, this week said he is organizing an "examinations task force" with the intention of revising the way exams are delivered to students. The statement follows a debacle in which grades on some A-level tests were intentionally lowered, leaving more than 90,000 students in the lurch.
