Lawmakers fear border fence funding may be shortchanged

Supporters of a plan to build a 700-mile fence along the U.S.-Mexico border worry that the project will not receive adequate funding. Some lawmakers question whether the White House is committed to the fence. "We didn't put the fence as a goal or an option or something that should be mixed with other solutions, we made it mandatory," says Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif.
