Michigan Board of Education requires teaching of evolution

The Michigan Board of Education on Tuesday unanimously voted to make instruction on evolution part of the high school science curriculum and to remove ambiguous language that could raise doubts about the validity of the theory. Teachers can still discuss Intelligent Design in class.
