Lawmakers concerned about FAA's oversight ability

Legislators are questioning the FAA's ability to supervise contractors as the nation moves to a satellite-based air traffic control system. Problems that surfaced after Lockheed Martin took over some FAA facilities responsible for giving noncommercial pilots weather and other information were cited as a source of concern. FAA officials say the agency has learned from its mistakes.
