Studies tout combination of aerobic, weight exercises

Research is reinforcing the idea that a combination of aerobic exercise and weight training is more effective than either one alone. A study of people with Type 2 diabetes found that participants who did both forms of exercise lost the most body fat and saw the greatest improvements in fitness and blood-sugar levels.
