DuPont secures ACC recognition for power-efficiency project at Texas plant

DuPont has saved enough energy to power 4,000 homes at a Texas ethylene facility. The innovation has been honored with the American Chemistry Council's Energy Efficiency Award. "Achievements such as these reductions help us support customers who are looking for reduced environmental impact throughout their value chains," said Shanna Moore, global sustainability director at DuPont's packaging and industrial polymers division.
