Kan. district considers limitations for school memorials

A Kansas school district has delayed its plans for restricting campus memorials for deceased students and staff after two student media groups said such a policy is unconstitutional. Officials say an attorney will review the proposal, which says memorial pages in school publications are "inappropriate" and would limit the use of school property for memorials.
