Vermont eatery seeks a way back after the flood

The owners of popular Wilmington, Vt., eatery Dot's say they'll come back from the devastation wrought by Tropical Storm Irene in August, but the high cost of flood insurance may keep them from rebuilding the same restaurant. Instead, the eatery might use salvaged materials to build a three-season open-air eatery that allows water to flow through without damaging the structure.
