Many physicians want fewer working hours, survey finds

A Physicians Practice survey revealed 66.3% of responding doctors said they do not have as much personal time as they believe they should. More than 47% said they would prefer to work less each week, and 34.2% of those said they were willing to accept lower compensation for reduced workload.
