Microsoft employees start their days teaching computer science

The "Youth Spark Initiative" volunteer program is pairing Microsoft employees with high schools in Washington state, where the workers teach students computer science before beginning their work days. Through the program, Microsoft pays the schools $17 for every hour the company's employees volunteer there as instructors.
