Pentagon asked to broaden investigation of Boeing

The Air Force has asked the Pentagon to widen its investigation into a procurement scandal involving Boeing to include a contract to upgrade software on the C-130 transport plane. Boeing's win on the software contract surprised some in the military; Raytheon and BAE Systems were other bidders.
