JetBlue to launch low-priced New York-Boston service

JetBlue Airways next month will add inexpensive flights from New York to Boston to compete with shuttle service offered by three larger airlines. The airline will also launch an expansion from New York and Boston with its new 100-seat Embraer 190 aircraft. Some customers fear the plane is simply an oversized regional jet, but USA TODAY reports the plane's interior is relatively spacious and without the cramped feel of a regional jet. Airlines are expected to use the planes to serve small cities.
