D.C. baseball stadium rolls along, but parking still unresolved

Construction of a $611 million baseball stadium project in Washington, D.C., for the Washington Nationals is on schedule -- with the exception of its parking garages. City officials have yet to settle on a plan, however, Mayor Anthony Williams is expected to ask for another $75 million above the cost cap to build three underground garages.
