Neutrogena asks court to stop L'Oreal sunscreen ads

Neutrogena Corp. filed a federal lawsuit against L'Oreal SA's U.S. unit Wednesday, alleging that L'Oreal's ads falsely understate how their competing sunscreen products protect against ultraviolet light. Neutrogena and owner Johnson & Johnson are seeking at least $1 million in damages, and want L'Oreal to stop running the spots and issue a correction.
