Bacteria in stomach cause chocolate craving, Swiss study says

A Swiss study funded by Nestle Research Center found that bacteria in the digestive system are responsible for chocolate cravings. However, the research has yet to determine whether the microbes directly cause the craving or if a person's diet causes changes in the bacteria that eventually influence food preferences.
