Louisiana needs to update its drunken driving laws, NHTSA says

Louisiana safety officials received a report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recommending at least 27 primary changes to the state's drunken-driving laws. A state panel was tasked to review the recommendations and identify the areas that lawmakers should prioritize in their next session in March.
