Food festival comes with side of health education, nurse says

This year's Taste of North Tulsa in Oklahoma hopes to send a message that healthy food can taste great and making better choices leads to a longer life. The community event will include health screenings for blood pressure, weight and BMI. Registered nurse Teddi Williams says the goal is not to lecture people but to show them that good food does not have to be high in calories and fat.
