U.S. Senate passes bill that targets China's yuan

The U.S. Senate passed a bill that aims to pressure China to raise the yuan's value. House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said congressional involvement in another country's exchange rate is "dangerous." The Chinese Foreign Ministry said the bill is protectionist and threatens to undermine the global economic recovery.
