Fab's mobile apps generate a third of its online business

About a third of Fab's online business selling designer furniture and housewares now originates from its mobile applications, which have been available for a year. And the online retailer anticipates half its business will eventually come from mobile. "There's too much distraction on the Web, multiple browsers and tabs that take away from your focus. The mobile experience captures your full attention," said Fab co-founder Jason Goldberg.
