Helicopter clears dead trees from Colo. ski area

In an operation expected to take about a week, hundreds of lodgepole pine trees killed by beetles are being removed by helicopter from Steamboat Ski Resort in Colorado. The terrain is steep and not readily accessible by logging trucks; the helicopter also has less of a negative effect on the land.
