Lockheed, BAE protest tanker award to Boeing

Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems North America officially protested a $4 billion contract to upgrade electronics on C-130 military transport planes that was awarded to Boeing in 2001. The complaints were filed with the Air Force after a former Air Force official said she favored Boeing because the company gave jobs to her and her family.
