SEC won't look at Sarb-Ox changes until December

The SEC will postpone until December a proposal to revamp Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. That section, which requires top corporate executives to sign off on internal controls and have them audited externally, has been opposed as too costly by many business leaders.
