Chicago City Council approves Midway lease

The Chicago City Council has approved a $2.5 billion, 99-year lease of Midway Airport. With the approval of local politicians and 65% of its airline tenants already secured, Midway still must seek approval from the FAA and TSA, which could take at least two months.
