U.K. to pump £37 billion into 3 banks

Under terms of the U.K.'s bank-rescue plan, Lloyds TSB, HBOS and Royal Bank of Scotland will not be allowed to pay dividends on ordinary shares until they repay the government. The banks will receive injections totaling £37 billion. Current British Land CEO Stephen Hester is expected to take over the helm of RBS following the departure of current CEO Fred Goodwin.
