Washington father protests vocational training

Bernie Dalien, the father of a teen with disabilities, is picketing his son's high school because the district uses students enrolled in vocational-training to pick up trash and recycling. The chore results in teasing, Dalien says, and prevents his son from receiving needed speech therapy and academic instruction.
