Airline executives cite customer loyalty as a top concern

Customer loyalty and retention has moved into the top five priorities for airline executives, just behind fuel prices, revenue management and alliances/consolidation, according to the latest study from Sabre Airline Solutions. Loyalty and retention made its big jump as consumers overall show increased willingness to switch brands, says Gordon Locke, vice president of airline marketing at Sabre.
