Schwarzenegger vetoes bills adding business regs

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has vetoed legislation that would have imposed tougher new restrictions on a company's use use of credit reports for hiring purposes. "Gov. Schwarzenegger understands that California business cannot withstand additional regulation at a time when we are struggling with economic recovery," CalChamber President and CEO Allan Zaremberg said.
