Survey: Online shoppers make complaints via social media

A Tealeaf survey of online shoppers found that when problems arise, consumers increasingly are turning to social-media sites to share their complaints. Last year, 8% of disgruntled online shoppers complained via social-media sites, while 13% shared their negative experiences this year. The survey results indicate that online retailers would do well to focus on service and the customer experience.
