EPA approves E15 gasoline only for newer vehicles

The Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday confirmed that it will allow the sale of gasoline containing up to 15% ethanol for vehicles with engines manufactured since 2007 without changing the current 10% limit for older vehicles and smaller engines. OPEI Executive Vice President Kris Kiser warned that E15 will end up being used for outdoor products and cause consumers to file lawsuits.
