Angel investor Catherine Mott says she looks for "coachable" entrepreneurs to invest in -- but what does that mean, exactly? In this follow-up interview, she explains that she looks for founders who know their shortcomings and surround themselves with people who make up for their weaknesses. "In effect, we're giving them tuition money. But we want to mitigate how much of it they'll lose," she says.
