Trade group: Jobs in building industry slide to 14-year low

The nation lost 21,000 construction jobs in September, driving the building job market to a 14-year low, according to the Associated General Contractors of America. A sluggish economic recovery and uncertainty over federal infrastructure investment programs are among the factors weakening the construction jobs market.
