Disengaged workers plan to stay put, survey finds

Even though 70% of employees report they're disengaged, only 21% say they're looking for a new job, says a Modern Survey report. "When there is uncertainty about future economic conditions, consumers, and businesses hunker down. Consumers tend to keep the job that they have ..." said Rob Grunewald, an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
