Sears arms employees with iPads, adds free Wi-Fi

Sears plans to arm associates at 450 namesake and Kmart stores across the country with iPads that will allow them to search inventories and help shoppers make online purchases while in the store. The company has also added free in-store Wi-Fi to make it easier for customers to research products and prices from their smartphones.
