There's no foolproof recipe for leadership

People shouldn't assume that they can become better leaders by following other people's paths to success, writes John Agno. There's no one-size-fits-all secret of good leadership, Agno writes, so only by coming to terms with their own strengths and weaknesses can bosses truly improve. "Cook bookish leadership doesn't work when you are following someone else's recipe," Agno writes.
