Lifeway Foods has big plans for kefir

Lifeway Foods has seen sales numbers for its kefir drink grow from $12 million in 2002 to $100 million today. The company plans to expand its sales of kefir, a yogurt-like drink containing calcium, protein and probiotics, on a global scale and to release a ProBugs children's product soon.
