Minn. school encourages students to learn at their own pace

Some students at a Minnesota elementary school are learning in a more-personalized environment this year. The Impact Academy at Orchard Lake Elementary School offers personalized learning for students in kindergarten through third grade. The "school within a school" relies on group and individualized work to teach math, reading and other subjects.
