N.D. school is serving healthy, lean buffalo meat in meals

A school in North Dakota now is serving buffalo meat as part of school meals -- an option that officials say is healthier and helps teach students about their heritage. Officials say buffalo meat is a lean, healthy meat and that students seem to be enjoying its addition to school meals.
