D.C.-area bridge project coming together

The two-span, 12-lane Woodrow Wilson Bridge project, which will carry Interstate 95 over the Potomac between Maryland and Virginia near Washington, D.C., is slowly coming together and looks to be on track for a 2008 completion date. The project is 30% finished and $147 million under budget.
