Market for trans fat-free oils getting crowded

Asoyia, which is owned by "ultra low linolenic soybeans" growers, and Cargill hope to initially produce three million pounds of the "ultra low composition" oil. Many companies are unveiling trans fat-free oils, as laws about identifying trans fats on food packaging are set to go into effect in 2006 in the United States.
