C.R. Bard gets FDA warning letter over Puerto Rico plant

The FDA has issued a warning letter to C.R. Bard urging the company to fix manufacturing violations found at its plant in Puerto Rico during agency inspections from November through February. Products made at the facility include the Vacora Biopsy Probe and the Kugel Hernia Patch. The company said it "intends to fully implement corrective actions to address the concerns identified."
