North Carolina county secures loan to continue construction projects

A $300 million loan from Bank of America will help North Carolina's Wake County to continue building schools, a parking deck and other projects. However, officials may delay other building projects, such as a downtown courthouse and a library branch. Officials will propose another short-term borrowing plan that will help the county move forward on construction projects.
