Oregon bottle-redemption value could rise to 10 cents

The redemption value of recyclable bottles in Oregon could double to 10 cents under a plan proposed by a state task force. The group also proposed expanding the state's Bottle Bill to include sports drinks, juices, teas and other drinks and to limit redemption of beverage containers bought out of state.
