Companies prod workers to choose cheaper coverage

Workers are being encouraged by employers to help them cut health care costs by signing up for health plans with higher deductibles, Anna Wilde Mathews writes. While companies are also charging more for dependent coverage, they're offering more benefit options -- although employees will have to pay for them, she adds.
