Indiana approves city's $179M sewage project

Indiana officials have approved a 20-year plan to reduce the flow of raw sewage into the Wabash River. Sewer customers in Lafayette, Ind., will pay for most of the $179 million project. The city will complete the project over the next 18 years in four phases, with two years of monitoring to follow.
