South Korea's Buy The Way goes up for sale

Unitas Capital, a private-equity fund focused on Asia, is looking to sell Buy The Way, a leading convenience store chain in South Korea. The sale offers global retailers a rare opportunity to get a foothold in South Korea. Sources say Unitas, which acquired the chain for $200 million three years ago, likely will fetch up to $500 million in the deal.
