Technology expert explains Web site best practices for agents

Scott Klososky, a technology expert, told travel agents that the best way to attract clients to their Web sites is to have links to social-networking sites and clearly define the agent's niche or specialty. Klososky offered a number of Web site tips to agents. "You need to understand what's unique and show that immediately," he said. "When somebody comes to a site, you have between 20 and 30 seconds to keep them from bouncing [to another site]."
