Texas nursing school to research better bedside care

The School of Nursing at the University of Texas at San Antonio has received a $3 million grant to study ways to improve bedside care. The money, from the National Institute for Nursing Research, will be used to create the first national research network that focuses on strategies for quality improvement for bedside hospital nurses.
