WSJ: A late tribute to Bill DeCota

The Wall Street Journal's airline columnist pays tribute to Bill DeCota, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey aviation director who died suddenly at age 52. Scott McCartney calls DeCota "a driving force nationally for airport managers, a strong advocate for 'Next-Gen' air-traffic control modernization, a passionate champion for airport and airline improvement, a booming voice for common sense in air travel." McCartney notes with irony that DeCota died on Sept. 11 this year: "Bill was instrumental in the Port Authority's and New York's resuscitation after the terrorist attacks," he writes.
