Judge allows secondhand-smoke lawsuit against Wynn

A federal judge has denied a motion by Wynn Resorts to dismiss a secondhand-smoke lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed by a former casino dealer, seeks class-action status and accuses Wynn of failing to take steps to protect dealers from secondhand smoke. Wynn's attorneys counter that the company complies with the requirements of the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act.
