PayPal to debut a streamlined mobile payment system

PayPal said it plans to launch a mobile version of its Express Checkout system by the end of the month, allowing consumers shopping from their smartphones to pay for their purchases via PayPal. The service, which limits the amount of personal information shoppers must enter to complete a transaction, is already available to online customers.
